Porcelain Crowns
Compromised teeth with fractures or large, defective fillings require crowns to restore them to their best size, shape, and level of strength.
Beyond being used for single-tooth restorations, crowns are utilized to attach fixed bridges, to cover teeth that are too discolored for whitening, and to go on top of dental implants.
Crowns can be made from different restorative materials, ranging from all porcelain to porcelain fused to metal (PFM) to gold, each with different advantages.
At Paragon Dentistry, our preference is most often all porcelain because of its natural-looking and metal-free appearance. We also utilize one of the highest quality dental labs in the metroplex to ensure that our patients receive the strongest, best-fitting, and most aesthetic crown.
